What is the difference between the duties and responsibilities of citizenship?

Answer:

Duty- a mindless obligation that you MUST follow regardless of how you feel about it. Examples are Jury duty, draft etc

Responsibility- something you are expected to do as a citizen, but not a requirement(you DONT have to do it) examples are voting, staying informed of current events etc.
