Is there a resevior that serve only to takein carbon dioxide?

From what I have learned over the years, it is true that carbon dioxide may spend a lot of time in 1 reservoir , however it continually cycles through the Earth's surface and through the earth's atmosphere. There is NO reservoir that serves just to only take in carbon dioxide.
