Answer: When building a rocket, a rocket "defies" gravity. Usually, when you toss something in the air, you use force to go against gravity so the object won't fall immediately. So when a rocket scientist is essentially designing a rocket, they must take accountability that they have to use force to push the rocket in the air, hence, they are using Newton's Third Law of Motion.
