Answer:

A person from sixty and above would be wiser "know a lot more" than people under the age of 59. Back then teachers were more strict about learning. Such as when a student goofed off they could of had ruler smacked on the table or on there hand *uh ouch*. People between 30 and 59 may have less strict teachers such as if they goofed off they may of either got detention or still a ruler smacked on the table. People between the ages of 18 and 29 are likely to have much less of strict teachers. They weren't as stearn they may only of gotten detention for goofing off and that's it. People between those ages have or had it much easier in school than people before them. The culture was much different and stricter when 30 to 59 year olds were in school and 60 - above.
