The force in NaCl is ionic hence has the highest boiling point since it's difficult to overcome ionic bond with heat, in H₂O molcules the boiling point is a little high because of the stronger intermolecular hydrogen bonding, but HCl has no intermolecular hydrogen bonding hence much lower boiling point, N₂ molcules are held by Van der Waals which is the weakest hence the lowest boiling point
