How do I do the question -x+y=4 need help please and thank u

y= x+4: x= y-4

Step-by-step explanation

you have to do the inverse of whatever you figuring out so to solve for Y you would add x to both sides and once you have Y alone that's your answer and for X you subtract Y and divided both sides by -1 because lone variable can never me negative.
