Let's use the process of elimination:

We know the bottom two are incorrect, because numbers that are divisible by 9 ARE divisible by 3.

Take 18 for an example. 18 is divisible by 3 (3 * 6 = 18), and 9 (9*2 = 18).

Some of the numbers that are divisible by 9 are also divisible by 3 isn't the best statement, because we know that all multiples of 9 are divisible by 3.

Now we have 2 of them.
