Answer: in the hypothalamus

Explanation:The hypothalamus is a small region of the brain which is located at the base of the brain, near the pituitary gland. It is responsible for playing many important functions like regulating body temperature maintaining daily physiological cycles e.g walking, controlling appetite andn managing of sexual behavior , etc so if Jeremy has developed a problem with regulating his waking/sleeping cycle and regulating his body temperature then the lesion might be located in his hypothalamus.
