Therefore,

a - b = 392 ------- eqn 2

Solve eqn 1 and eqn 2

Add eqn 1 and eqn 2

a + b = 538

a - b = 392

a = 465

Substitute a = 465 in eqn 1

465 + b = 538

b = 538 - 465

b = 73
