What issues did Russia face during World War I that constricted their war effort?

Vladimir Lenin. By him coming into play he lead a revolt against the Russian Tsar and his family. By doing so he and his communist friends took over Russia and made a revolution once he took over he took Russia out of the war to focus on the revolution that was going on.
