Mean is the average (arithmetic) of a set of numbers. It helps find the "center" when you have a lot of numbers that center around one point/number.
Median is the middle number. It helps when you have outliers.
Mode is the most frequent number. It helps when there are a lot of numbers spread out overall.
Range is the difference between the smallest and biggest number. It's just used.
