(Help please, I actually need an opinion if this qualifies as an Ode) Review your lesson content to see what makes an Ode-style poem.

You'll need to title it "Ode to ________" (insert whatever/whomever you're writing an ode to)
An Ode is supposed to praise someone or something.
It can have whatever rhyme scheme you choose. It needs to be at least 8 lines and 2 stanzas.

It also needs to be class appropriate.

Ode to Cheryl
With Eyes of gold and Hair as angels
Cheryl speaks of war and peace
She was Wise as the oracle
And twice as beautiful as Aphrodite

Her voice she beholds
Her beauty untold
Man cannot be bold
It can never ever be sold
