What is your ideal opinion about someone who has hallucinations

if someone suffers from hallucinations they may be prone to mental health issues like PTSD. When typically talking to someone who has hallucinations be sure to keep in mind that they may be speaking false information and not to be rude or cruel to them because it is not their fault. Hallucinations are altered reality for us however it’s normal for them. So some things they say can be true and others can be not however that is for you to decide. They are still people !
