Also, didn't cross multiply correctly

b) 1 -2/(x-2) = (x+1)/(x+2)

1 - 2/(x-2) = (x+2-1)/(x+2)

1 - 2/(x-2) = 1 - 1/(x+2)

1 - 2/(x-2) = 1 - 1/(x+2)

-2(x+2) = -1(x-2)

-2x-4 = -x+2

x = -6
