1.- Find the measure of the angle supplementary to the angle 110°. It will be angle y.

180° = 110° + y

- Solve for y

y = 180 - 110

In an Isosceles triangle two of its angles measure the same so,

180° = 70° + 70° + ∠2

- Solve for ∠2

∠2 = 180 - 70 - 70

∠2 = 40

3.- Find x

10x + 10 = 40

Solve for x

10x = 40 - 10

10x = 30

x = 30/10

x = 3
