Answer:

The Nurse needs to explain why it occurs and what causes it. she should continue by saying'' it occurs when the blood supply by the arteries and its containing oxygen and metabolites to the localized tissues and cells of arterial supply is reduced. Thus there is a sudden shortage of blood(oxygen and metabolites;glucose),leading to organs and tissues damages.

Then to causes;

Trauma, haemorrhages, poisons,and allergic reactions are likely causes.

Followed by symptoms;

Dizziness, lack of concentrations,tachycardia (increased heart beats),increased heat rates, sweating, anxiety are some of the symptoms.

And then types;

The different types of shocks depend on the actual cause.Based on this I will mention these four to you which are low volume, cardiogenic, obstructive and distributive.

Answer: It happens when there is inadequate arterial blood supply and oxygen delivery to tissues and cells

Explanation: Neurogenic shock is a serious and deadly medical condition caused by fluctuation in blood flow in the body. Injury or trauma affecting the spine can lead to this disruption. Neurogenic shock is life-threatening because it can lead to drop in blood pressure drastically and suddenly, and can leave damages to the body tissues which are irreversible . Neurogenic shock can be fatal if not treated.
