For a manager it is important to always have a positive view so that your organization can always have a good result, even if sometimes this is not entirely possible.

But in an organization, when negativity is able to establish itself in the manager, such as feeling afraid to adapt, fear of changing or growing it can mean that the organization has exceeded its capacity to change.
