· means multiplication so simply,(943 exponent 78 × 943 exponent 1)/943 exponent 65

The laws of indices clearly state that, when two indices of the same base are multiplying, you add their exponents and when dividing,you subtract their exponents.

As all the indices have the same base which is "943", we can quickly add & subtract the exponents.
