An expectant mother is 23 weeks into her pregnancy when she goes into labor. Regarding fetal lung development, what is of greatest concern to the attending medical team?

In regards to the fetus' lung development, the greatest concern would most likely be whether they are developed enough to sustain breathing. Of course, there would be concern for other body parts and their function, but the lungs can not function, the baby would need serious attention and help.
