2 moles of AgNO3 reacted with 1 mole of CuCl2

divide the moles by two

1 mole of AgNO3 will react with 0.5 mole of CuCl2

then

0.5 mole AgNO3 will react with 0.25 mole of CuCl2 and limiting reagent is the reagent that is consumed when the reaction is completed.

Going by the calculation above the limiting reagent is AgNO3
