Answer: 26 feet in all

Explanation:

Since 3 dogs are 2 feet, multiply 3 x 2 to get 6 ft. Then, since 4 dogs are 5 ft, multiply 4 x 5 to get 20. Lastly, add 6 + 20 to get 26 feet. Hoped this helped!
