What do u have to do to be considered emo??

everyone says im emo (theres nothing wrong with it) just bc i wear aLOt of black, eyeliner, and listen to different music, but i wouldnt say i am.

i’m confused by the question but like “emos” are usually in all black dark eyeliner like you said. maybe quiet and usually listening to music? still kinda confused cause you answered your own question
