Answer: You have to match complementary bases. If you have TAC in DNA, the complementary mRNA is AUG,

DNA ACC--> mRNA UGG, TTG-->AAC, GCG-->CGC, ACG-->UGC, etc.

Explanation: You would need a chart to determine the amino acids, but the answers to the first set are... AUG is a start codon known as methionine (met), UGG is trp, AAC is asn, CGC is arg, UGC is cys, etc.
