Answer:

Jamestown tried coming up with new agricultural ideas to win the race of agriculture but they did not receive any success until they started cultivating tobacco. They introduced a new type of tobacco which instantly brought them into the limelight and helped them to earn profits more than they had expected.

They took on the success and perfected their art of cultivating tobacco with very little waste and increased their profits even more and became the richest.
