4. The easiest way to solve this would be to plug the answers choices in for n if You don’t know how to solve the equation. But to solve it you would subtract 2 from both sides 3n+2=14
-2 -2
Now you have 3n=12 then you divide both sides by 3 to cancel it out. 3/3 is 1 or n and 12/3 is 4 so n=4

Answer:n=4

Explanation:

1. subtract 2 from both sides so that 3n+2=14 is 3n=12

2. divide both sides by 3 so that 3n=12 becomes n=4
