Hi :)

Just a reminder.
Drink some water!!
Keep a healthy bone snake and straighten your posture!!!
Actually use the bathroom and stop holding it in!!!
Take breaks every once in a while!
I'm sorry you're stressed, there are plenty of destressing things you can find on the internet.
Here's one:
Do school work for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute break. Repeat. It really helps :)
