Answer: 15 pounds per inches

Explanation:

P1V1 = P2V2

12 ppi × 5L = P2 × 4L

P2 = 12 ppi × 5L / 4L

P2 = 12 ppi × 5 / 4 ( L in denominator is cancelled by L in numerator)

P2 = 3 ppi × 5 ( 12 is cancelled by 4 in denominator)

P2 = 15 ppi
