4+ (b + 0) =
Please HELP!! FAST

I’m pretty sure the answer would be 4+b because you add the b and the 0 together and you get b and then you use what you have left from the parenthesis (b) and you add it to 4.

Steps to solve:

4 + (b + 0)

~Simplify

= 4 + b + 0

~Combine like terms

= 4 + b
