Though there are many parts that occur both in plant and animal cell, my choice for mentioning the above is simple. Not all organelles occur in the same physical shape while some dont occur in speciallized cells at all. For example the vacuoles, although they are part of both cells, in animal cells there are numerous small and non permanent vacuoles and plant cell have 1 or 2 big and permanent vacuole. Other parts such as nucleas occur in some cell for both type like the root hair cell and the palisade cell but are absent in others like the red blood cell. But the cell membrane and cytoplasm are likely present in every cell and in the same or most similar shape and sizes
