Hamilton, beloved that the rich men should be leading the economy. While Jefferson had a different perspective on that statement.

Answer:

Hamilton believed that only educated, rich men should be in charge of the economy and Jefferson believed that the people (uneducated ones, he is talking about, like farmers, laborers, etc.) and he put his trust in them. Jefferson believed the 'common' man could be governors. Don't know if that's the answer you're looking for, but I hope that helped :)
