Explanation: This is a statement of fact. The fact in the statement proves that experiments has been done under serie of condition, but the same result is been seen. This means that, if you should carry out the experiment using any of the different conditions, you will be certain of a particular result which is already known to you.

But in a case where the result changes in different conditions or the same conditions, we call it hypothesis, because fact has not been seen from the experiment.
