(x) free throw = 8

(y) 2-point = 6

(z) 3-point = 2

x+(y*2)+(z*3)

8+(6*2)+(2*3)

8+12+6

=26

We know three thing about this equation. We know where it ends, we know how many more free throws in comparison to 2 pointers were made and how many more free throws than three pointers were made. Your limiting factors are your free throws, 2 pointers and 3 pointers. Get as close as you can to 26 with those three without going over and fill in the rest with 1 pointers.
