Look at the oxygens, which can be disbalanced. The other chioices does not balance the atoms so if we take account the last option we see that we have 38 atoms of O. 14 from water and 24 from CO2, so in reactant side it is logical to have 19 moles of O2 (the dyatomic molecule). In order to follow with C and H, we have 28 H and 12 C in both sides.
