Answer: The body system charges due to the release of oestrogen hormones. Bad or unwanted blood is discharged from the body from the private part.

Explanation :During this periodic or monthly discharge of blood through the vagina,The female reproductive system experiences some changes which comes with physical signs in their behaviour.Due to the release of hormones,females experience joint pains, headache,Abdominal cramps, constipation, tender breast and fluid retention.All these signs are caused be the follicle stimulating hormones(oestrogen and progesterone).
