Point A' would be 8 units (straight down) below from where Point P is.

Explanation:

The distance between Point A, and Point P is two units, therefore we want to multiply:

4(2) = 8

This will give us the total distance between Point P, and Point A'.

Next move 8 units down from Point P or 6 units down from Point A.
