These are the steps bellow:

-Open your device's Settings app (not the Google Settings app).

-Tap Apps and notifications Google Photos apps .

-Tap Disable and wait a bit.

-Tap Enable.

-On your Android device, open the Google Photos app .

-Sign in to your Google Account.

-Menu Settings Back up & sync settings.

-Turn on Back up & sync.
