Explanation:

To say "data vary" means the component opinions change from person to person. Particularly for certain people, certain parameters can change over time. Since the data vary, two separate statistical analyzes of the same variable can result in different outcomes. Thus statistical analyses should take into account this possible variability and thus we can never be 100% sure about the results of the statistical analysis.
