Answer:

The aerobic activities uses the proper amount of the oxygen present in the body. The amount of exercise performed by the individual depends on his strength and also depends on the genetic factors as well.

The activities that includes greater intensity has high amount of type I fibers than the type IIa fibers. The maximum amount of the oxygen upto 40% is recruited by the type I fibers. The exercise that involved the use of 40-75% VO2max uses the type IIa fibers. Exercise that involves the 75% VO2max uses the type IIx fibers.
