Teh deal that Harry made with Uncle Vernon was to not mention that he went to Hogwarts and that he was a wizard. Harry also promise to say that he went to this Bad Boys school where they would beat their students with canes to make them behave. Harry did realy good with the deal but on the last night of Marges stay Harry accidently made her wine glass break and made Marge blow up like a ballon so Harry didnt get his Hogsmeade form signed by anyone until Sirius sent a letter to Dumbledore that Harry could go to Hogsmeade in his 4th year.
