Answer: Most countries have laws and restrictions on the government, people cannot do whatever they please because of laws to keep ociety running, and governments have restrictions so they are less liekly to become corrupt and become totalitarian, authoritarian, etc. pretty much like how North Korea is because there governmnet has no restrictions on what they can do and inflict on their people.
