Process of elimination can easily help you here. The fact that choice 1 and four have the same beginning term but different ending term shows that one of these are the correct answer. Solve normally and the answer will be which is not the answer

You can distribute both to have a better visual. x^2+4x-4x-16. Next add like terms and you’ll end up with x^2-16, therefore choice one can be eliminated. Choice 4 is the correct answer.
