Solubility is a chemical property that refer the ability of a given solute to dissolve completely in a solvent. Dissolving rate is the amount of a solute that can dissolve in a solvent.

Temperature affect solubility. Increase temperature make the substance to be less soluble in each other or water but more soluble in organic solvent.

Polarity: polar solutes dissolve in polar solvents and non polar solutes don't dissolve in polar solvents and vice versa.

Pressure does not affect liquid and solids solutes but it affect gases. Solubility in gases is directly proportional to it's pressure. For example when pressure is decrease in a gas present in bottle, the gases bubbles out.
