If the organization is providing charitable service then it will not run on a profit motto but still profit is required.

Step-by-step explanation:

When an organization runs for charity, the main motto is not to gain profit out the things that they do, but to help the needy. There are charitable trust which runs

  • to support under privileged youths
  • provides free education to the needy
  • helps to train unskilled labors with free of cost
  • provide food for the needy, etc.

So, how do the trust get money? There will be donors who are willing to help people through right source. Profit is once again important to again deploy those in charity to provide better service.
