What strategy to use to compare 2/6 and 5/8

Answer:in order to compare them they need to have like bottoms

so you would multiply 2/6 by six on top and bottom and get 8/24 and then you would multiply 5/8 by 3 on the top and bottom and get 15/24 now that they are the same you can compare them easier
