1 foot and 8.5 inches

record: 17ft 8.25 in

yours: 15ft 11.75in +.5 in = 16 ft .25 in

now that yours is 16 ft and .25 inches all you have to add is 1ft and 8 inches which adds up to be 1ft and 8.50 inch
