Explanation:
it will be easier if we make all the denominators of the same and then compare or we can also convert each fraction into decimal.
here , the fractions are given in this form :
that can also be written as :
by converting them into decimals,
-10 1/5 = 51/5 = -10.2
-10 2/11=0.181818... = -10.18[approx]
point to be remembered : in negative numbers, with increasing magnitude, the value decreases because it will have negative sign.
so, the given numbers are : -10.2 , 10.19 , -10.18, -10.20 ( first and last numbers are the same)
so, increasing order : -10.2, -10.18, 10.19
