Two objects of different composition with the same mass are painted black and are placed in the sun at the same time. After 10 minutes object A is hotter than object B. Which has the higher specific heat? Explain

Specific heat of a substance tells us how much heat should be added/removed from it to change its temperature by 1° C.

And here, both objects have same masses and painted black, so we have to find out which one of them have higher specific heat if Object A is hotter than Object B after 10 minutes of exposure.

As we know, If an object has more specific heat it needs more energy to heat up, but value of specific heat is low for a object which get heated up easily.

And since object A gets more hotter than object B in the same time inverval and same mass, we can conclude that object B has higher specific heat.
