The following promises made between the confederacies in the five tribes once the tribe sign treaties to join the confederacy:
Negotiations between the tribes and the rulers were the abolition of slavery for the tribes which gave them eligible for rights that are eligible for freedmen. Another was the setting up of an intern tribal council where one person represented one tribe.
The next was they will renounce their lands for the construction of railways, along with them surrendering some land for supporting the confederacy. This was assumed to be a penalty for the same.
