Explanation: with the use of credit people could pay for items such as cars through installments until a certain date. the NCC not only created a larger market for high priced goods it also fixed the economy by allowing people to pay off an expensive item through credit. people could later afford to buy 2 cars because of the NCC allowing for consumerism to prosper.
