The answer is (C) inside the cell membrane. The channels for facilitated diffusion aren’t outside, or else things still couldn’t get in, so the answer is not A. And it isn’t B because then things couldn’t get in from outside either. I am positive that the answer is inside the cell membrane. Have a lovely day
